"Went for a color correction from a previous hair salon and decided to go to this ulta location only to leave with my hair in a million more new shades and did not blend at all. Stylist was then advised by the master stylist the color she should add which ended up giving me black random highlights(2) that did not blend at all with my hair although she insisted it was my root color but yet did not consider the other shades in my hair and how there was no ends with that color im my hair not my roots. I mentioned to stylist i did not like the result of my hair esp the parts where they were supposed to be fixed and then new random strands that did not blend at all. I understood it was a color correction and results always vary with hair but my issue was that i was not happy & it did not look good it actually looked worse than when i came in. I explained i wanted to just pay to get my hair dyed all brown because i hated it and instead insisted that after a few washes the colors will magically blend better. I was upset but respectful bc again I understood the results may vary but i did not expect beyond disappointment the way i did today. I asked if she could fix some small pieces that bothered me the most and was told she was about to clock out and insisted i came Monday. I work a 8-5pm mon-fri job hence why my apt was on a Saturday and i refuse to have to take off work to fix her mistake of adding more orange patches and unblended pieces. The general manager was not helpful at all as I simply did not want to pay for my hair that I hated and rather pay for them to dye it all brown and was told i still had to pay for services regardless and maybe they can make my next appointment free as if i would ever come back to do my hair there again. I am grateful for the employee at checkout as she was very sweet and understanding while the general manager was unsympathetic and made me feel uncomfortable as if she assumed i just wanted free services. I hated my hair and hated my experience at this ulta beauty salon location because i felt invalidated that because i came for a color correction that i shouldnt expect any better than what i came in with. So ladies please be warned they do not care for your satisfaction!!"

"Kaylana is awesome. She helped me find awesome Chanel products and was very helpful on the floor. I was able to get help in hair, cosmetics and nails and she had a lot of knowledge. I definitely will be coming back to the store."

"I called the store at noon today to ask if they had a lip balm in stock which they said they did and that they would hold it for me. I told them that I get out of work at 5pm and would be arriving after that time to come pick it up. When I came into the store at the time I said I would to pick up the lip balm I was told that they had put it back so the woman working at the register gave me another one that had multiple different shades of lip stick rubbed onto the box and the box was slightly opened. I asked if this was the only one they had left and both of the women at the registers said yes. As soon as I stepped outside I checked the product and saw that someone had used the lip balm and that there was a hair on it. They sold me a dirty, used product. This item was obviously tampered with from the state that the packaging was in so I don’t understand why I had the common sense to check the product but the people who work at the store did not even bother to do that for me. Time and money wasted. The woman who sold it to me didn’t even bother to apologize. It’s not right to treat people like this. They shouldn’t be working in customer service. I won’t be returning."

"Staff are rude, specially the lady with the white lab coat she worked on 06/30/2023, she had blondish puffy hair, also an older lady (brunette) with heavy make up, she gave me and my family members dirty looks and kept roaming around like we were going to steal items. We felt very uncomfortable. I do not recommend this location!"
