"I know Indian food, and objectively the food is mediocre and that’s being kind. Everything is old and I particularly resent being served stale rice given the cost of it to restaurants, that kind of says it all for me if they’re scrimping on the cheapest thing they serve then what are they doing with everything else. It’s priced for what the market will bear not what it’s worth, for the quality it should be 50% cheaper. Service was bad to the point of being unpleasant. If you absolutely have to have Indian food and you really can’t drive further than larchmont and you everything else is closed then it’s an option."
