"I went in for a fill. Sat at Jens table as told. I waited patiently for 30 minutes before Jen comes out and says to me “I hope you’re not getting designs. I have a customer in 15 min”. I said I did not want designs but how dare those be the first words that come out of your mouth after I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes. Her response was that she was eating! I left. What a horrid woman with minimal regard for her customers. C U Next Tuesday"

"Please don’t go to the TipTop Nails Springfield, MA location!! Unprofessional, lack of customer service skills, dirty. I went there on 6/21/23 to have my full set removed. I chose this location only because it was closer. I had my nails done a few weeks ago at another Tip Top Nails location with no issues. I arrived at 9:45 am and walked out literally 5-7 minutes later. The first thing I noticed was that the tables were not clean; they just opened 15 minutes ago.The male staff asked me what I wanted and looked like he hated his job. I told him that I only wanted my acrylic set removed. As he was filing down the acrylic on my third finger, I informed him that the drill/electric file was getting too hot. I asked him nicely to let it cool off a bit. He had a bad attitude and just stared at me and gestured for me to leave. I told him he was very unprofessional and left. I will be happy to spend my money elsewhere."

"DO NOT GO!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I could!!! Please do not ever go to this place to get your nails done. The nail salon is extremely filthy. I went to get my nails done. I had dip powder on my nails. I asked for the ombré look and the nail tech, Kevin messed my nails up twice. He said that he had a new technique. I went with it but could tell it wasn’t going to be tight. He finally said… yes, this is going to look right. He then took all the dip powder off and started again. I was extremely patient. He redid them and messed them up for the 2nd time. I got there at 5:00pm and didn’t leave until 7:36pm. Guess what?? He didn’t even finish my nails. I asked him to make one correction and he got mad and said that he had to go. I said you have to go? I’ve been here over 2 hours. He proceeded to take off all the work he’d done and said, “ sorry I wasted your time.” I was like what? I’ve been sitting here this whole time and you’re not even going to finish. I said, “I’ve been so patient as you’ve messed my nails up twice.” He just looked at me. I was so upset. It was too late to go anywhere else so will have to go early Saturday morning because I’m looking at wedding venues in the afternoon. ** I have shared a picture of my nails to show you how my nails looked when I walked out. This is so unacceptable as a business."
