"Do I even have to say anything!?? I walked out crying. The lady told me she did not know how to do my nails the way I wanted after she said she did know how over the phone. this is what she did to my nails and she rushed and said get out it’s free."

"I went here because I had a gift certificate for 30$ I decided I would treat my friend also for Mother’s Day. We both got mani and pedi! Both of us done within an hour. Over charged us for the pedicure said we got the deluxe. We did not. The nails on our toes aren’t even completely polished. Her manicure chipped that day and my gel set started lifting that day. And breaking for the rest of the week. Charges 5 dollars each mail for a design. Total was for 190$ no refunds no fixing or repairs! My tech was luan. Very poor quality of work."

"Was my go to nail place I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Was due to go in for a fill when one of my nails popped off and I saw a greenish brown spot on my nail. I decided to pop off all my nails and to my surprise I have fungus growing on 6 nails. I usually would recommend this place to everyone the environment is amazing and the people are great. But I can’t get over my nails being like this. I know people who have had this problem and it had taken years for their nails to get back to normal."

"I got there around 5 pm for a full set acrylics. Not even 20 minutes later they were done. They look horrible. The shapes are uneven, the lengths are uneven she didn’t measure them. I fixed 2 of my nails at home bcs the shaping was so horrible. The polish in the first picture is very uneven and not symmetrical with the other side. This second photo is okay I like how this hand looks but I will not be going back. I used to love this place."
