"They are very nice and polite, however I am upset because when I got my nails done the tech was doing 2 other people at the same time. It took 2+ hours to get a set put on because of this. I came back 2 weeks later for a fill, they made me an appointment for 1. I walked in and, all staff was doing about 7 pedicures and a separate group of women and children happened to make it before me. I was told to come back another day. These types of situations make people feel like they don't matter. Especially when this is an ongoing issue at this place. Out of context, they're saying, "we are making more money waiting on these people instead, we don't have time for you anymore today" now I have to go to another salon and deal with staff talking about me while I sit there, because I went from one place to another. I to this day don't understand why tons of nail salons do this."

"Small shop. Make an appointment for your nail to get done. May not need an appointment depending on the type of waxing service you need. The shop is connected to other stores, a little shopping strip. It has parking available."

"Love the fact that they are open Sundays. Went today for the first time and everyone was really nice. The girl who did my pedicure was very patient as I'm super ticklish and the pedicure was wonderful. My nails came out nice and they followed up with a quick shoulder massage that was excellent. Would definitely go back."

"Can anyone do nails? Smh.. inquired about Coco over the phone prior to showing up, but when I arrived, they had a guy who ended up doing my nails instead. I gave him the opportunity to work on my nails, but he did such a horrible job and then when I showed him his work, I pointed out that he made one of my nails crooked. He disregarded me and proceeded to do what he wanted to do. He even gave a little attitude when I asked him if he could file it down and make it look straighter. Honestly….. I’m not ever allowing no male tech work on my nails again because this happens frequently when there are no women staff available and I’m walking out unsatisfied, wasting my hard earned money all because he doesn’t want to take his time and do a good job. I also noticed bubbles starting to form after he tried rushing me out."

"Hands down the best pedicure I've ever had!! Took my man to get a pedicure after I had a bad experience at another salon. We were both in awe of how amazing it was. Even the foot & back massages were great! They got us in right away and were very attentive. Our feet looked and felt amazing afterwards. Won't be going anywhere else!!"
