"Highly recommend . Family run business that just opened 6 months ago on post road. Food was spectacular. Great staff. Food came quick too. If you’re going to Fairfield and want to try something new. Try Madero’s. I will be back. Great for families, date night, or solo adventure. Bar was great as well.3-4 flat screens at the bar to watch your favorite sporting event. East parking too. No need to look for a parking spot."
"This restaurant really brings it home when it comes to preparing meats. The well known dish known as the FUSION GRILL is something you should not miss. The arepas, onion rings, garlic mashed potatoes are outstanding as well The arepas here are the BEST I've ever eaten. I would like to thank MAURIZIO for his suggestions and on point service throught the entire meal. This is one restaurant where the price meets quality, taste, preparation and service. Well Done!"
"I just came from this restaurant and honestly one of the best restaurants I have been to. The food is absolutely delicious and flavors are amazing. The food feels home-cooked . I am so glad i came here . The service was so quick and amazing! Everyone was checking in on us. This family-owned business really helped me out with my homesickness and I will be coming back.
