"What can I say about Wendy's that hasn't already been said? The food hasn't changed much which is nice. You can always count that you'll get good fast food for a reasonable price. Can't go wrong with a 5,6,or7 dollar biggie bag. I think of it as an adult happy meal without a toy, and if you have the frosty key tag then you get a free frosty. Depends on where you go for the Wendy's the one in clark is nice and respectful. The one in roselle needs a little help in that department sometimes."

"I never received my order after it was cancelled. The store refuses to refund me unless I come to the store physically. I work as a live-in aide and cannot leave the house unless it’s my day off that was the whole point of utilising the delivery service. If I could give this store zero stars, I would. And the gentleman that answers the phone is so incredibly rude and dismissive. No “We’re sorry for your experience” or anything, just “Yeah, can’t help you. You’ll have to come to the store” … WHY? I didn’t ordered from the store I ordered online. Why are you inconveniencing me? I want my money."
