"I am a “Jersey Girl” and we love our diners in New Jersey! However, the food, service (from the best waitress ever “Peaches”), cleanliness and atmosphere at Sherwood Diner will keep me coming back for more whenever I am in town! Many thanks to the owners and staff for a fantastic meal!!"

"As a Jersey girl, I'm an admitted Diner snob, but this one was located at a convenient stopping point mid-trip, and what a great diner it is! Starting right away from the fact that they had a literal line out the door, we knew we were in for a treat! The staff was fantastic, the service speedy, but not rushed or pushy, and the food was fantastic, with several not so common options on the menu to boot!"

"Best diner in Fairfield county! I’ve been here several times, and I am always impressed. Their coffee, freshly squeezed OJ, and eggs Benedict are my favorites. I also love getting a side of the breakfast sausage, it’s cooked perfectly and very flavorful. Highly recommend this place."

"First time coming to this very busy diner. We were seated quickly and the servers were all very helpful, ours suggesting a new menu item: the pumpkin pancakes. Ended up ordering the pumpkin pancakes and a steak, egg, and cheese sandwich. Both came out pretty quickly and looked quite nice. The steak egg and cheese sandwich was a very nice size and hit the spot. The pumpkin pancakes were absolutely fabulous and the drizzle, reminiscent of that put ontop of cinnamon buns was decadent. Would highly recommend trying it!"
