Reviews
"I became first aware of Genji Sushi as a brand after ordering on Uber Eats. They had a reasonably priced poke bowl at a buy one get one free special which I thought was incredibly economic. I ordered with the impression that I was going to get a decent poke bowl, rice and lettuce as a base, pickled onions, etc, and after some issues with the order supposedly being stolen by one of the many drivers Foo had attempted to pick up my order, I finally received it. What I eventually realized was that this "restaurant" was located in Whole Foods Market and what I got were very sad poke bowls which had about half of the items as described and mostly frozen, incredibly fishy salmon which I could not finish because of the taste. Funny enough, I checked the app about half an hour after my order and the restaurant was closed from taking requests from the app while still showing it was open through Google's information panel when looking up the restaurant. Not going to say that was due to the restaurants in ability to get the order to me, but I frankly don't think that they should be selling through any delivery app. Do not order from them online. If you are in a Whole Foods and really want grocery store sushi... head to your local ShopRite or Stop&Shop instead."
"Read these reviews and tell me most of them aren't fake. The sushi is just OK. It's in the Whole Foods market, it's not a restaurant."
