"Service was good referring to the girl who took our order, but the food was gross. A simple bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and they couldn't get that right. It was cold and disgusting. Bacon was cold and cheese was slapped on with an IDGAF attitude. Fries were hot on the outsie and cold to the bite with an after taste of old oil and ask for a coke and got a diet coke. No offense taken. Prices gone up and the food not like it use to be. Bye Bye lordship Duchess..."

"My second time going to this location and there a gentleman that answers the drive thru as soon as you arrive he starts laughing and I don’t understand why he ask what you would like you explain to him and he laughs and says wait wait wait so you don’t want no pancakes or French toast he doesn’t listen to anything you say he thinks something is funny instead of taking his job serious it’s very sad I been to other duchess and never have I had issues but this place is the worst first time I dealt with it second time I was hoping he was not taking the order on Saturday morning but it was him and same thing happened so I left with out ordering"

"It's a fast food restaurant like McDonald's but the food is very good. The egg and sausage sandwich is served all day. It's one egg on a roll with 2 sausages sliced down the middle. I like McDonald's sausage and egg McDonald's muffin but duchess one was larger and better."
