"Finally visited for lunch and it was delicious. Service was a little inconsistent but they were very responsive and explained they had recently switched from self serve to full service and made the effort to give us additional dishes. All extremely pleasant and professional- it won’t stop us from Coming again and look forward to dinner in the summer. Tacos were phenomenal - fresh beautiful ingredients! We had the sinaloa shrimp, baja crispy cod, beef birria, carne asada, al pastor quesadilla and avocado tostada."

"I’ve been a fan of Tacombi for several years now, having visited some of their locations while living in NYC. I even remember when there was a Tacombi in Montauk! I was so excited when I heard that Tacombi was opening in Fairfield County. I visited the Westport location as soon as it opened and loved the indoor-outdoor vibe of it. I’m hoping they add heaters for the winter to make dining available year-round! The menu is simple and the food is great!"

"Not sure what the hype is on Taqueria's at Tacombi. Unless you like being at a "food court" like atmosphere. Typically you order your food/drinks and pick them up. We were delighted that the manager took extra special care of us by having our food and drinks brought to us. Gratitude to the staff! Everyone was super nice, smiling and happy. The taco's were "ok" which was a disappointment since they were small and over priced. We like the chicken one the best, but we were still hungry when we left. Unfortunately, there are other places in town that have better tacos and you leave full."

"Have had dinner there twice and LOVE the birria tacos, have had three different types of tacos and they are all good but the birria is something you HAVE TO TRY. Drinks are really good too and the staff/management are friendly and welcoming."

"As a big fan of Los Tacos No. 1 in NYC, it's great having this new option close by. Really great food all around. Barilla taco was the best we've had (tried a few others from top places/food trucks) and the quesadillas were all very flavorful, paired really well with their salsas, and were generally delicious. The drinks were the weakest part of the experience with nothing to write home about (piña colada & horchata), though they still weren't bad by any means. They were simply overshadowed by the stellar food. Prices seemed as expected for the area. Atmosphere was nice since it's all brand new and located in a quiet area of Westport near the tennis club, but also not something you'd likely come here specifically for. If great food, a clean and simple atmosphere, & warm service is what you are after then you will enjoy your time here. Worth a stop. Recommendations: barilla taco & carne asada quesadilla with green salsa"
