"Literally spend over 10 minutes at the drive thru every time I come here ... Slowest Dunkin in the state hands down. Workers always standing around inside doing nothing."

"Don't know how they do it, but they find a way to mess up your coffee almost every time. And I don't know when these hash browns were made, but they're hard as rocks. This is my third time coming here, because you can always just get unlucky and catch them at a bad time, but I think I've tried them enough to say they're actually that bad. I will say they get that food out quick though, so I guess I can throw a star on there for that."

"I pre-order my food on mobile app. I get my sandwich done either the right way or so-so depending on how the sandwich maker feels that day. As for my drink, I have to spend another ten minutes waiting while someone figures out that I ordered one. They need to do better."

"I ordered a mobile pick up 4 times from this location. The first time, nothing was ready when I got there. The second time, my drink was ready but my food wasn’t. The third time, my food was ready and my drink wasn’t. This time my coffee didn’t have caramel in it, and even if it did like the woman insisted it did, it certainly wasn’t extra like I asked for. I understand mornings are probably their busiest time but I live 15 minutes away and I always order before I leave. That should be enough time to have everything ready, and made correctly. The only reason it’s not 1 star is because, although the service is unreliable, is because the employees, for the most part, are nice. The woman offered to add more caramel to my coffee this morning, but I was already running late to work so I had to just go."
