Tipsy Tomato Bar and Pizzeria

"We tried Tipsy Tomato for the first time a few months back at the recommendation of a friend. We moved to the area from a much more New Haven-style pizza area and found the local places lacking. Tipsy has become our go to. On top of the pizza being fantastic, the garlic knots are out of this world. I have to admit that I order close to once a week and while sometimes there is a long wait time given, I have never arrived and waited more than 5 - 10 minutes for my order to be ready. Prices are also quite affordable when compared with other locations in the immediate area."

"The pizza is good and I do recommend it. We have ordered multiple times from here, I recommend ordering ahead of time, it can be a long wait. The girls at the counter are not very friendly, every time one of us has gone in there they were not friendly at all. I was a waitress for many years and understand it gets busy but that is how restaurants work. We order at least $100-$200 worth of food and tip very well. If it wasn't for the unfriendly staff I would give it 5 starts."

"The antipasto salad was mostly lettuce and some of it was wilted and aged which detracted from the dish but the cheese, meats, and other ingredients were great. The pizza was very good with a nice thin crust and was cooked to perfection. We'd definitely go back for the pizza and the staff was very attentive and friendly."

"Pizza is really good. Great garlic knots! The food really deserves five stars. Only complaint is kind of petty but warranted a picture and conversation, two people getting 2 apps, 2 dinners, 2 salads need more than two pieces of bread with their meal. This basket looks sad af and takes a 5 star rating to a 3.5 star rating."
