McDonald's

"So I’m gonna leave a review for McDonald’s. Reviews from one McDonald’s to another don’t change too often because the food is the food and the atmosphere is the atmosphere. However, the biggest variable is the people who work there. I have not visited this location in the evening but I frequently visit in the morning for an iced coffee and I can say that the morning crew are extremely delightful. The ladies who take your order and greet you at the window to take your payment Are exceptionally kind. I often travel with one of my corgis, and they are always super excited to see the dog. The dog is equally as excited to see them. Good group of people working at this location."

"Been to this McDonald's a multitude of times. Always have problems. Food cold, ride customer service. Fails to put all the food in the bag, get home and missing something. Fast food here is not what you get. Almost 15 minutes to get 5 fish sandwiches and fries. Have had same problems if getting breakfast sandwiches."

"Fries never seem to be fresh anymore. I don't get why they can't put them in a separate bag so they aren't spilled everywhere in the bag. I feel for what we all have to pay now. Please take the time and put the food in nicely. Thank you"

"Drive thru line was pretty long(first clue) went to order and all we wanted was 2 happy meals with Fanta, they tries to give me the frozen ones and when I changed it to a sprite it throughly confused the order taker. At one point another person was trying to take our order too...a mess...then get to the window and they had the wrong order up to pay for and the person had little knowledge on how to switch to a different order. I hope she was new but looking at other comments this seems normal...bummer. also the apples given to the kids were open and spoiled which is super hard to happen with the heavily treated apples they give out. Kids didn't eat those! Overall slow service"

"I give fast restaurant chances because i understand the fast pace can be stressful. Please just watch what your doing! Service is slow. Employees always talking with one another instead of pay attention to the customers. My fries were like they came right out of the freezer. My chicken nuggets were drier than the desert. I got a cheeseburger with xtra onions; i got no onions and it was flat/ had no volume at all! This isn’t the first time I’ve had any issue with this McDonald’s location. Definitely not coming here until things change!!"
