"I love this nail salon! They are so friendly and always offering me suggestions or new techniques. Even though I don't go as often as I would like they always remember me! They always remember exactly what I like too! The staff and atmosphere are wonderful."
"Always an amazing experience! Chris is top notch when it comes to dip powder, uv gel and acrylics! They have real attention to detail and never make you feel rushed! I really enjoy coming here and they are always willing to help me recreate a fun design!"
"I came here about a week ago while visiting friends and waited to make sure that I was not exaggerating because the experience was so fresh. However, I've never left a nail salon so confused and frustrated. I went in three weeks ago with my friends and had Gel X extensions done. This experience was fine, not great but good enough to go back. This time I go in to get a color change on and they soak the gel off. When I received the extensions, I was told that they could be soaked off. This time, however, we found out the hard way they could not. When they took off the foil, my nails had dissolved away. There was some miscommunication because they did not seem to know what Gel X was. That's fine. I understand that they can't know every new type of nail. However, the part that I did not understand was when they told me that I never had tips in the first place. They told me that my nails were long enough already so I did not need extensions. I told them that I was unhappy because I paid for tips and then they ruined them. I said that I wanted them to put new tips on because they ruined them but they refused. They argued with me for about 20 minutes and told me that I would have to pay for a full new set. They then claimed to have called "the boss" and he said I would have to pay for the full set. I ended up paying $40 instead of the $20 that I went in there for. Not because they offered me a discount but because I refused to pay full price for something they messed up. I go to get my nails done because I assume the professional know about nails and nail care better than I do. Cuticles told me one thing and I trusted them and it ruined my nails. And instead of admitting their fault and attempting to fix it, Cuticles made what should've been a relaxing afternoon into a frustrating nightmare."
"I used to really like this place, but not anymore. I came in when they opened at 10 and they asked if I had an appointment, I said no but I could wait. They told me 15 minutes. After 15 minutes they had me sit in a pedicure chair with my feet in the water and wait. Now the 15 minutes they asked me to wait is turning into 45 minutes. I’m about to get up and just leave. I don’t mind waiting but don’t tell me 15 minutes when it’s clearly not a 15 min wait. Will find a new salon from here on out."
"I don't usually get involved in the "review thing", but have to give an amazing shout out to Lilly, my masseuse. She is so attentive and focused on my/your request. For me, (a young 70) she works my lower right side of my back. The table is heated and clean. And I always call for an appointment. What is difficult about making an appointment? I do miss Nikki, but Lilly is awesome. Lilly will ask questions and focus on your needs. Shoulder, knots, back, neck, just let Lilly know. I have no more knots."
