"First time going today, booking an appointment was quick and easy. A girlfriend and I both went for pedicures. When being shown colors, the nail tech tried to upsell gel instead of regular polish because "it lasts longer" (which it does) - but there was no pressure when either of us declined. Pedicure chairs were in good repair, clean, massage functions worked well. We were shown the "menu" of pedicure options and nobody tried to sell either of us on a particular package. We both selected the "milk and honey" pedicure which included a lot for the $60 price tag. Never felt rushed, start to finish a great pedi, all personnel there were friendly and helpful. Owner offered us tea or water as well. They have a membership card which offers a free mani or eyebrow service after 10 visits. I will definitely be back since I live locally, but I'd even be willing to travel. Only took off a star for ambience - the music was on repeat for the same three songs and it wasn't soothing, just dramatic 90s ballads, and the TV across from the pedicure chairs was showing an R rated action movie with gory killings, etc. That doesn't really translate to a calm/pampering experience for me. That said, solid 4 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"I am new in town and came here first time. Very disappointed! My nail broke three days later. All my nails are shaped and filed differently some are crooked. She did not fill my nails on the sides at all. I wanted to give them another try because maybe I just had someone that’s not experienced and just careless but now I am afraid that the rest of my nails will break after I’ve worked so long to keep them this length. I will try another spot."

"Pedicure was decent. I showed Mandy a picture of French with chrome for my nails. She was rushing because she was very busy. She said she didn’t have time to chrome at the very end. Very disappointed. Do not come here if you pay attention to detail."

"It's rare that a write a rough review ... Went in here for mother's day to treat myself. Got a pedicure,and an acrylic set done. Pedicure guy had magical hands but didn't understand that I just wanted my feet shaved down and left a lot of callus behind. My feet still hurt which kind of defeated me getting a pedicure to begin with. Didn't clean under the nails and left dirt behind. Got the acrylics done and they're crooked , uneven and the polish is bumpy. Lady was very rough with massage after I had declined one. While getting my pedicure I noticed a gift certificate sign and went to purchase $200 for $235 value. She rang me up for $323.95. I explained that I wanted to use the gift certificate today and she argued that the sale was no longer going on and that I couldn't use it today. I told her the sign is up and says nothing about not being able to use it same day. She also charged me tax which is exempt in NYS. It was a last minute decision for a personal pampering which I never get to do and I left here feeling disappointed and ripped off."
