"They had poor customer service and gave unwarranted attitude as they rushed me when placing my order. Didn’t receive a receipt or straw…they seemed very distracted although most of them were just standing around idle, joking and arguing. I didn’t feel welcomed to return again."

"I was waiting in line for 15 minutes, when I went to the window they did not give me anything of what I ordered. I asked for the Jr bacon cheese burger and I got a cheese burger. I asked for baconator fries and found hair in the cheese!!! I also didn’t receive any nuggets with my 4 for 4 order! Im so disgusted."

"Went to try their breakfast for the first time. Absolutely disgusting, the French toast stix where soggy , the breakfast sandwiches where hard. First time trying their frosty ice coffee and it was just creamer. When asked about it they said that’s how it’s supposed to be. Never again might as well throw it in the trash"

"Hot honey chicken sandwhich came with barely any sauce but managed to be soggy. barely any bacon on baconator fries. not to mention it took me 30 minutes to wait to get my order taken and get my food. its supposed to be fast. workers were disinterested and moaning, groaning and complaining. worst sevice ever"
