"The food was very good, but the wait in the drive-thru line was about 10 minutes with only 1 vehicle in front of us"

"Extremely slow only 3 people in drive-thru took 57 minutes to get our food. When we reached the order speaker they put us on a 5 minute hold before we could order the lobby had only about 6 customers as well. Definitely not fast or efficient. Waiting at the window for my food for 15 minutes as well. Atleast my fries were hot and fresh."

"It’s almost 1030 at night on a Wednesday it’s one of the only Wendy’s I could come across at this time of night in this area because it is a wooded area. All I told her was is that my cheese wasn’t melted on my fries and she chose to debate me. That’s all the manager manager on call right now doesn’t want to fix issues Her customer service is not great. That’s my complaint. Thank you."

"Foods good place is clean. One huge problem. Im assuming hes the manager, seen mostly during the nights dude is miserable, and rude 24/7. You could ask anyone about hom and they will allways tell you the same thing. Guy needs to not be in customer service"

"Food would be more consistent if cooked by a 13 y/o with a microwave. The crew is just as hit or miss. Terrible attitude in and out of the kitchen with dialogue as filthy as a truck stop taco bell bathroom run. More than half of the employees regardless of rush or no rush go outside behind the dumpster and smoke like chimneys as if we can see and smell the smoke. You make one single comment or try to get an answer to a question about missing food and anyone who picks up the phone is offended and assumes you are accusing them. Its called confirmation of events, if I order door dash and the order doesnt arrive im going to call and ask about it. Simple cause and effect. Is it so surprising that I would like to confirm that a door dasher went to the restaurant to use my name and money to steal free food? I feel bad for anyone who needs a job or just wants food and finds this wendys because i can guarantee that it will be a horrid experience on both ends. I understand working in horrible conditions, through ungodly experiences with other coworkers and customers, never have I once sought the need to be as rude and vile to anyone of either of these groups in any of the jobs ive worked. All it does is leave a nasty after taste in everyones mouths thats there to witness it."
