Chuck's Steak House and Margarita Grill

"I went there for the first time last night with my husband. He ordered the biggest prime rib with an added lobster tail. The prime rib was okay, but the $31 lobster tail was horrible. It had a weird taste and needed a knife to cut through it. I understand it was busy but the wait for our food was very long and mine seemed like it had been just sitting for a while before being served to me. On the positive side the Buffalo cheese dip was kind of good. Over all I would not recommend this place or will I be returning."

"Work get-together. What a great place. Great food. I got the chicken Taco bowl with ALL the fixings, full of flavor and zest. Salsa was good had a little kick to it very good flavor and the chips were crispy.. I can't wait to go again."

"Lively atmosphere and great food but service was incredibly slow. There wasn't a wait and there were a few open tables, so I don't think it was too busy for the staff but after our server took our drink order, we couldn't find her (or anyone) and she didn't come back for 20 minutes to take our food order. We had 5 kids in our party who were hungry and restless. But at least they refilled the chips after our food order was taken. It also took quite a while for the food to come out (compared to other Mexican restaurants we've been to). But the food was tasty and the margaritas were strong."

"This place was absolutely astonishing. The waitstaff was prompt and on point. The portions are very generous. The bottom floor is seat yourself the upstairs is not. Will definitely be back to check the 2nd floor and the steak out. You can most definitely tell most of the "extras" are prepared there. Example the salsa I'm not one for spicy but this actually made me want to dip the oven fresh chips in it more than once."

"We arrived to learn there was a power outage. We waited 20 minutes in the parking lot until they were able to open. That's fine, our choice. We sat in the bar area and was told it'll be a while before they can cook food. That's fine, we were able to enjoy the happy hour margaritas with some chips and salsa. We were patient and understood the situation with delayed cooking, up to the point that now the place was full...itcwas jamming and 30 minutes after we placed our order, literally every table around us ( all arrived and ordered after us) were being served their food. Not gonna lie, it was frustrating and made no sense. The situation could have been handled better. Never got a visit from the manager. This didn't sit well. Sorry. The food was very good, when we did get it."
