"I come here every day and love it!! There are so many stereotypes around Dunkin, like the service will be bad, the coffee will taste horrible, and you'll still pay way too much, but not at this Dunkin! Prices are a little higher than others in the state but it's worth it for good service from employees who aren't running an entire store themselves like other stores in CT. I love all the drive-thru employees and even going inside is great too. Always clean and then have two unisex bathrooms that are always clean."

"I would say 8/10 times, they get my order wrong somehow. Whether it be they forgot to include something (they almost always forget to include an extra egg if you pay extra) or just straight up forgetting to include the item. However, if they did forget something, they're good with just giving you the forgotten item. But the last thing I want to do after I leave the drive-Thru is park, open my sandwich and make sure that they included everything correctly. I seriously expect something to be wrong every time I order. My advice for this dunkin, check your bag BEFORE you leave the drive-thru window. It'll save you a lot of time."

"Service going WAY downhill at this location. It’s a bunch of teeny boppers that have zero manners. Was just there and had a car in front of me not moving, could not go around because of the angle they were at and the fact there was no room to maneuver my large car around it, especially being that the car behind me was almost in my trunk themselves. The girl at the window who didn’t look more than 16 or 17 decided to yell at me to “just go around them!!” Yknow I would, and I was trying to, but perhaps tell cars to pull up and around if they need to situate themselves so your line doesn’t get backed up. And tell your employees not to be rude and yell at your customers."

"My favorite Dunkin' in the area. Bathrooms and store are spotless. Staff friendly, helpful and prompt. The manager here is absolutely amazing. I always see her and she is such a peach. This entire store is hardworking with a smile. Truly a model for other Dunkin' stores in the State."
