"I've gone to this Wendy's for quite a few years. Always pretty clean with nice staff. The only caveat is if you do drive thru, it can go one of two ways. Either you'll be in and out quickly, or what usually happens is they'll take one order and then have the vehicle come up and will take yours when that one is all done. I suppose it's a small difference, but one I've never understood as they tend to have a decent sized staff as far as I can tell. But still very accurate with orders which is a plus, and it's pretty quick when it's your turn."

"Customer service here is top notch. Mistakes happen, what matters is how you handle them. Anytime I’ve gotten an order messed up, the team goes above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied with the resolution. Great store, great team."

"I’m sad that these restaurants have poor reviews, they deserve better honestly. My dad, my sisters, and I rode our bikes to this Wendy’s and luckily were served by the manager! He was nice enough to instead of give us the normal, junior frosties that we’re giving on the coupon, to purposely give us the large size. He was wonderful and made sure we were all set and asked us if we needed anything. Great job, David!"

"Ordered 23 bucks worth of food from drive through, got halfway home and realized they forgot my most expensive item, the grilled chicken ranch wrap. Turned around, drove back, waited forever in the drive through line again, got the wrap, got home and started eating and BAM- big old SHARP piece of plastic in the middle. Tried calling to get a reimbursement at least for the wrap, but they don’t answer the phone there and they never even gave me a receipt in the first place. At least it was only me that choked and almost died, and not one of my kids."
