"Go to the big y next door, buy a grill, hamburgers, and cook it in the parking lot. You’ll probably still make out over a half an hour before your waiting time here and have much better quality food and service. Can’t even remember to put the toy in my child’s happy meal after waiting over 25 minutes for it. Place should just close."

"Before ordering politely asked if the offer was hot and fresh..was informed a new pot was being made.. Get to the window, pay.. And the manager/ shift leader is going off on the employee about making a fresh pot of coffee... I really used to like this place..but lately the In Charge people have gone straight to Hell with attitude and screaming... Don't like your job, find another job..Will not be returning..can not wait for Starbucks to open."

"Had to get a McChicken, ending up sitting at the drive Thur speaker for ten minutes with no service. Decided to leave an noticed the car behind me got service. Now I don't know what kinda business they are running in Ellington but feel that they are discriminating against black vehicles with tints (car behind me was silver with no tint) profiling and racism at its finest. I hope that can help out the staff make this location welcoming to all. I won't be bringing my business to this establishment any time soon."

"We arrived right at 0600 when they opened and pulled through the drive through. They didn't have orange juice which is why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. The service was fast and the food was...well, it's what it is but it was hot so there you go. Would not hesitate going back to this McDonalds should we have the chance. We were pleased over all."

"LAZY STAFF!! An employee spilled a soda on the floor, which I get mistakes happen. But it took a whole HOUR + for the spill to be cleaned. I had to get up and remind the manager twice that there is a spill on the main dining room area. What if someone slipped and fell? These people DO NOT CARE"
