"No issues with staff but while the gentleman was taking my order, he coughed twice without turning away nonetheless covering his mouth. The restaurant had a old smell to it, the decor was not inviting nor looked very clean. Unfortunately I will not return to this establishment. The food; subpar"

"I am so disappointed in this establishment. I was truly looking forward to it. They have been “open” for well over a year. I’ve tried a few times to go there and they either do not have what’s offered on their menu (multiple items), or open for two days closed for two weeks. Then when I was able to get food, it was mediocre at best, hope you like overpowering salt. Now I see you blasting yourself all over social media as the best. I don’t normally do these kind of reviews, but damn, Do better or close! Good luck!"

"I am very upset with this meal. The Mac and Cheese tasted like the cheese was burned. The Sweet potato fries tastes freezer burned and the breading on the tender fell off in the sandwich the bread was still frozen and hard. The best thing was the canned soda was nice and cold. Not worth almost $20!"

"Had a great experience trying out Rooster's Chicken & Waffles tonight. We ordered primarily chicken and waffles and mozzarella sticks. The coating on the chicken is amazing and crunchy with moist chicken. The fries were perfectly seasoned and the mozzarella sticks were fried perfectly too. Everything balanced out with the delicious waffles which have the crunchy bursts of sugar in them. I highly recommend this as a chicken sandwich and tender stop in Wethersfield!"
