"This is a small place with not a lot of seating, but it is clearly very popular. By the time we were done eating, there was a line to the door. The food is good. I'd say it's a solid 4. I ate the coconut curry with rice noodles. Yes, not typical ramen, but I wanted to try it. Although the flavor was good, I found it to be very greasy and heavy. Not a good feeling. My husband and kids liked theirs, but did not love it. Good ramen in the area, but not my favorite overall."

"This Ramen eatery is a very diverse place to dine. From the appetizers to the main courses , this food comes from many different places. as soon as I walked in I was given a glass of water and a menu. the waitstaff explain what I needed to know from the pictures on the menu. I had a wonderful bowl of ramen soup with vegetables and I ordered extra slices of beef. the soup was piping hot and delicious, with the noodles soft and chewy. I'll be sure to go back to Kaliabon to try some more of the menu items with the excellent service."

"We went here as soon as they opened. The food was absolutely insane. Best ramen I’ve ever had hands down. Highly recommend getting the crab bao buns, life changing. I would gladly drive an hour away from where I live to eat here again."

"We went 2 different times and just had to get the spicy salmon poke again! So fresh and delicious! Also ordered the dumplings-the menu doesnt specify if its fried or steamed. It came steamed and in this delicious sauce garnished with cilantro and crushed peanuts-definitely delectable! Also their ramen is best ive had in CT!!! I ordered the kaliubon ramen and the beef. The beef was my favorite of the two. Next time i come here ill try a different ramen. I totally recommend! 100%"

"Awesome, mind blowing…etc The food was amazing the service was great, can’t ask for any better. There was a bit of wait because I went there on a busy night but that’s not a problem because busy means money. This was my first time eating real ramen noodles not from a package at a store, I loved the broth was nice and the toppings were fresh. Noodles were just right. Fried calamari blew my mind, the best I have ever tasted in my life And the spring rolls are amazing so fresh(literally a flavor bomb)"
