"So happy they have a store front to get my patty fix from! Offers so many different options for patties. My favorites are the lovely lentil, ackee and jerk. The pastries are delicious. Never overly sweet yet still taste like what their names describe. It’s definitely a must try! Just be sure to order ahead on the website to ensure you get what you want and check their instagram for most up to date operating hours!"
"Wow! This place is amazing. Likkle Patty Shop takes Jamaican patties to a new level. They even sell fancy garlic coco bread and onion coco bread. All the items on the menu are vegan. Making vegan versions of patties is pure genius. I never thought I would find a place like this in Connecticut. First, I tried a lentil patty and a garlic coco bread. I loved them. The patty and bread were quite tasty. I actually enjoyed the food so much that I went back the next day to try some of the other patty flavors. I bought three more patties. I got a chickpea patty, a squash patty, and another lentil patty. All were equally delicious. On another visit I decided to try other products, such as the kale salad, tamarind drink, and chocolate chip cookies. I was very happy with what I purchased. I really urge you to try the food at Likkle Patty Shop."
"I've been excited for weeks to try! Happy Jamaican Independence! Never have I ever had anything Jamaican and vegan! I just knew it was going to be love at 1st bite. Okay, so boom lol upon arriving, I almost rode by twice! It is in a shopping plaza in between a smoke shop and laundromat. I took a picture of the plaza entrance(please see photo). The lot had a good amount of room. Especially if you plan to be in and out! When I saw the sign, my heart was happy. Loved the energy and the vibe as soon as I opened the door. You can smell the happiness. The restaurant was very clean and organized and sold a wide variety of vegan options. There were at least 4 different patties and treats, the fridge had hummus, natural juices, and other root drinks. The woman working, Cairo, was so sweet and polite while explaining all the yumminess! I immediately knew I needed the Eggplant Jerk Patty, a Ting and Chocolate Cookie. When I sat down to eat, it was just as I thought, LOVE AT 1ST BITE! The spice was perfect paired with that Ting, and the flavors were everything. If you're a texture person, maybe pick something else. It was kind of mushy, which is to be expected when stewing eggplant. That damn cookie, THE BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE I EVER HAD, AND IT'S VEGAN! I literally took a bite and packed it right up to save for later with a glass of milk. I convinced a few other customers to try! I woman came in raving about a flavor that was out, so I know I'll be back to try. They have a small dining area and a photo wall which we love. We shared laughs and jokes! It was definitely a vibe. I highly recommend and would definitely come again!"
"I’ve been obsessed with their Patties since checking them out at a local festival. I was ecstatic when I found out they now have a store front. I just love the concept of fresh vegan Patties. So many different/colorful options to choose from. Hands down my favorite item is the coco garlic bread. It’s super buttery and delicious. The Aroma just feels up a room. It’s definitely worth stopping by and picking up a patty!"
"My first time here. I ordered ackee patty and garlic bread. It was delicious. I'm very picky with trying new things. But they're Patty I will be back to try the broccoli one and some of the others. They even have some patties that are frozen that you can take home. Stop is very clean, and The customer service is excellent."
