"Placed an order for wings with 2 sides of extra sauce. Got home and wings had hardly any sauce and no sides of sauce. Called the restaurant to talk to the manager and instead of offering any refund he claimed they did not mess up the order and asked me to drive 20 minutes (each way) back to get my order remade. Terrible customer service."
"The food was average, but the wait time was ridiculous. We had an hour for lunch, and it took that long just to get our food. Never got a water refill in all that time, by the way, the restaurant was almost empty. I suggest you eat at the bar if you want decent service."
