"Overall bad experience, which is a shame because I usually enjoy going to Ihop. Starting with the food, I ordered the T-bone steak and eggs, with potatoes. My wife ordered 2 crepes. My steak was soggy and was not evenly cooked, the medium rare I requested was well done in some spots and blue in other spots. Eggs were half cooked and cold, potatoes were just yesterday's leftover fries cut up and refried. My wife only got 1 crepe instead of the 2 she requested and it came out with a ton of sugar on in. Our server was absent for most of our time. Nobody came by for us to request the missing crepe nor to return the crepe that had too much sugar. When she was around, she was obviously uninterested in us, looking back and around her while we talked, which seemed to only get worse after we asked about a first responder discount. She never gave me a steak knife for my steak either, I had to ask another woman for it because our server was absent. It wasn't just us either, the gentleman behind us was trying to order and she was paying no attention at all to him. We will not be returning to this location anytime soon and I will be recommending our friends and family do not either."

"Came to use a coupon code before it expired, and got some eggs on the side. All in all it was real good, and my server was pleasant."

"The staff is friendly and food is usually good when I've gone here with my family. If you don't mind waiting a little longer for your food than normal it's ok but I've been there several times when it's not that busy and I don't understand what takes so long to cook the meals. Maybe get some more kitchen staff."

"I always like a breakfast place. Who doesn't like breakfast all day. The kids sometimes will get the all you can eat pancakes. Don't know where they put it. Many breakfast items to choose from. We have always enjoyed ourselves. We have always loved an IHOP. I wish it was closer, but when driving by, we always stop. This time, we stopped for chicken and pancakes. Came quickly and eaten even quicker."

"Generally this Ihop has reliable, good food and reliable good service. TODAY, was not their day. When this restaurant is off they are really off. We walked in today to see a half full restaurant with at least ten tables open, we stood at the reception counter for over ten minutes just waiting for someone to even do much as acknowledge us. After ten minutes, more and more people came walking in. Due to the general discourtesy of the staff here, most of us who were waiting just walked out….and we won’t be walking in anytime again soon."
