"I will never purchase another sandwich from the airport location. The cashier was rude and would not add mushrooms to my order stating it must be grilled and cannot be placed on a cold sub. That's interesting because I purchased the same sandwich twice at the beginning of the month."

"The staff at this location is phenomenal. It's 0500 (500am) and they handle the morning rush at Bradley beautifully. They take Organized Kaos and make it look easy, fast, efficient and extreemly tasty! Farhat, was running the show and the attention to customer service by far exceeded any expectations at 500am at an airport in Windsor Locks. "Honestly not a pleasant experience. Staff members did not acknowledge me for 5 minutes after I got in line, and then I waited 55 minutes for my sandwich. There were only 4 others who bought sandwiches in that time frame, who also waited a long time. The floor was Not clean and thr sandwich wasnt even warm when it was finally ready. Overall disappointing."
