"It's been a while that I ate here, but on my last visit I had the Peshawari Naan. I'm from Peshawar (Pakistan) and have lived in Peshawar for 25 years. That Naan they sell here does not exist in Peshawar. You can even look up the real naans from Peshawar on YouTube these days. I've seen several Indian restaurants sell Peshawari Naans with nuts, but this menu item is even more fake than Chicken Tikka Masala (which at least is from Scotland and not just made up)."
"Everytime I visit my parents in Connecticut, I make sure to eat here. I have been going to Little India for many years and we have always had a good experience. The food is always amazing and full of flavor! This is a family owned restaurant and they are very nice and we love talking with them when we dine in. If you want authentic Indian food, come visit Little India!"
"What a lovely place! Our server was attentive and informative, and very friendly. When we remarked on how fresh and delicious the chutneys were, he mentioned that his mother makes them herself. Other standouts were the mango lassi, the tea, the melagu chettinad chicken, and the lamb korma. Everything was light and fresh - very different from the thick, creamy offerings at some places. The baingan bartha was good, but tasted more of tomato than eggplant. We also had the peshwari naan and plain paratha, which were ok."
"Today was my first time trying this place. I usually order from Bombay Olive, but since I moved I’m trying to establish new favorites. Today I ordered one of my longtime favorites, which is the lamb Rogan josh with garlic naan and Raita. It was so good that I had to order some for my husband. We usually always get the same thing but I wanted to make sure that it tasted just as good as it does at Bombay Olive. Well, let me tell you Little India did not disappoint. I cannot wait to try some of the other classic dishes from this establishment."
"Great food and personal service. This place is a hidden gem. I'm not normally into Indian food, but this was revelatory. Great butter chicken, poori and lots more. I shall return."
