Shake Shack West Hartford

"Burger are always good but fries have that frozen fries taste. Also please clean the tables. The staff need to clean these tables with some sanitizer solution and wipe them down. This place always has their tables dirty. Nobody ever comes out and cleans."

"Absolutely the worst most vile tasting toxic fries I have ever eaten. What's the oil change schedule on the friers??? These fries drenched in oxidized oils are enough to send someone to the ER. I covered them in lots of salt and organic ketchup (which I had just bought across the lot at Trader Joe's) and even that was not enough to cover up the garbage. I was praying I wouldn't be sick by morning, but I already feel the illness setting in. ... The floor was also absolutely dirty, and workers were walking over a broom no one was bothered to pick up. I'm heading to Burger King for replacement fries, because they are leagues better than this poison. The most hilarious part about leaving this review is people have been complaining for weeks and months in the reviews, with the business owners replying too so it's safe to say they've acknowledged the issue and NOTHING will be done about this fermenting pig sty of a kitchen."

"Spicy Cheese Fries with Ranch was great, Shack Burger was well assembled, and juicy, well balanced. Lemonade was a bit watery today. The furniture is all hard surfaces, not very comfortable. Plenty of parking, no problem with that. Wait time was fine, ordering via the touchscreen is a little annoying at first, but it is nice to take as long as you like to decide. Will definitely be returning here."
