"The service was not that good. I asked for Cheese but they gave me pepperoni. They said to wait 12 minutes, but I ended up waiting 45 minutes. Tables were sticky. Everything else was greasy. They don’t clean the tables. We had a big order but they kept forgetting our things. The man who took our order got mad at us and barely helped us out. 0/10."
"This place is really dirty. Floors were wet and sticky, walls covered in grease. Overall gave off greasy vibes and atmosphere."
"After some disappointing pizzas at the local pizza shops, we regularly use, this place was suggested to me as an option of consistency. I was pleasantly surprised, pizza was actually good here. You buy the pizza by the slice and there were several options available. Prices were average and the staff here here was friendly. If you are shopping at Westfarms Mall and want to get some pizza, this place will not disappoint. The winner of the evening was the pepperoni pizza!"
"I gave you 2 stars because the pizza was okay, but I don't recommend ANYONE comes here with staff like that. THE worst experience I've ever had. The pizza was okay, but not worth the price. That being said, the staff are absolutely rude, nasty, ignorant individuals. Store closes at 6, arrived at 5:25, they said they are no longer making fresh pizzas, even though they literally plopped down 2 fresh pizzas onto the counter in front of me (one was entirely burnt to ash). We asked if they mind us sitting down to eat or if they'd like for us to leave due to closing time. The manager woman argued with us about wanting to go home, so we said we won't sit down, then she proceeded to say it's okay to sit for 10 minutes. Afterwards at the register she starts saying to her employees "I want to go home, but these rude customers just don't care about us." Mind you, this is 30 minutes before closing AND we asked politely if they wanted us to not sit down because we understand wanting to go home after a long day of work. 25 minutes prior to closing, as we were leaving, new customers started to come in but the manager shouted at them to leave, then had her larger employee escort them out and close the gate on them, WHILE my group was still in the restaurant. He then opened it a TAD bit for us so we'd have to crouch down to get out, we asked if he could raise it so my friends father who is having knee surgery, who also can't bend down, could get out. He mumbled "lazy" and opened it."
"Ok sun glare on the New York pizza but it was amazing! The spinach and tomatoes n onions was fresh and delicious! Love this place"
