Noodles and Company

"Food: ordered Chicken and prosciutto tortellini with smoked gouda. Food came out late and cold and the place was moderately busy on a Sunday@6pm. The Parmesan that was sprinkled on top didn't even wilt let alone melt while I ate it. (2 out of 5) Service: People were nice and hospitable, but the delay in delivering the food and it being cold was a let down. (3 out of 5) Atmosphere: Same most Noodles and company locations. The dining area was clean but the restrooms were very dirty. (2 out of 5)"

"I don't want to leave 1 star. But PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! Be more careful when someone orders gluten free noodles or pasta!!!! We are fortunate that my spouse only had a sensitivity. But for others; this could be a potentially critical or fatal error. I don't want to get anyone in trouble. I know workers get busy. But this could be a potentially major issue. And could have legal implications as well. Please bring awareness to your business of the severity of something like this."

"The customer service was the worst. I believe in empowering and employing our youth but, I was left feeling like the young lady wasn't properly trained. I asked questions and she shrugged her shoulders. She barely spoke and was reluctant to ask other staff for help!! Very disappointed."

"It wasn't the best noodles & company I've ever been to. The food was mediocre. I think the serving sizes are getting smaller. The chicken pasta was a little too hot for me."

"Love their noodles and their quick service. Spicy Korean noodles is my favorite (you can ask them to replace the beef with chicken or tofu). Little disappointed with their discontinuation with their cheese garlic bread."
