"We had a great time at the Red Robin in West Hartford yesterday. Our waiter, Brian, was especially awesome. He greeted us with a smile and took our orders promptly. He also checked on us several times and ensured we had everything we needed. He was very professional and courteous but also fun and personable! He even did all of this while running around, taking care of the whole bar area, which was very impressive. He also kept up with our side and drink refills throughout our meal, which made our dining experience more enjoyable. Our burgers came out very quickly, and they were delicious, too. They were juicy and flavorful and cooked just the way we liked them. The buns were soft and fresh, and the toppings were generous and tasty. We all tried the Monster burgers, which were terrific, especially since they came with two big juicy beef patties. We also love the bottomless sides and various dipping sauces that come with all the burgers free of charge, which makes going to Red Robin a great value. We had a wonderful dining experience at the Red Robin in West Hartford, thanks to Brian, who is the best server ever! We have been going to this Red Robin for a while now since it's our favorite restaurant, and we will keep returning and recommending this place to our friends and family.
