"I went in today to buy a batch of gift cards as presents for employees and a very sweet young gentleman named Anthony helped me at the front counter. He made the transaction very easy and he was very friendly and respectful. I got a small coffee afterwards as well and he made it perfectly. He's a gem, hang on to him."
"Went in to purchase a large specialty coffee that I would not generally purchase. It cost over $6 before tax so I at least hoped it would be made correct. I was the only customer on the inside of the restaurant and it took them nearly 10 minutes to start the order after the ticket arrived to them. During that time period the kids working behind the counter had plenty of time to play on their phones and share them with each other in plain view of the customer. When the order finally did arrive it of course was wrong. Used to be alright but now it's just mostly unsupervised kids working. There was someone that wasn't even an dunkin employee just hanging out in the backroom area during this time. Definitely wouldn't recommend."
"Unfortunately, this is the only Dunkin’ Donuts I have access to on my mornings to work. Most Tuesday mornings I order on the go walk in because I don’t have time to sit in the drive-through that takes 15 minutes. I still end up having to wait in the drive-through because they lock all the doors so I can’t even grab my order even though I see it sitting on the counter. This is a regular thing. I u fattened being understaffed but redirect people to the drive through verbally or turn off your on the go."
"I wouldn't recommend this Dunkin'. The nitro cold brew was basically all bubbles that reduced down to nothing, and nearly every other time I've been here my order has come up short."
"January 2023: The egg white omelette bites were surprisingly good the other morning. I thought they'd need something - but they did not. Really good for those looking for a diet or healthier choice. The turkey sausage, cheese and egg sandwich on an English muffin smelled and looked great. Hefty in terms of lip smacking bites for fast food lovers. The "apple-raspberry" jelly doughnut DD's came up with a few years ago as some sort of Company Board decision, to merely offer and produce one flavor at a multitude of franchises is still simply okay. So many other places to get a better one. # 12/2022 update: Macchiato is still a fine cup of espresso and steamed milk here. I drank half of mine and was so awake I put the other half away for later. Still love the croissant with sausage, egg and cheese sandwich (they discontinued the ham option) but was sorry to read online it's the worst choice health wise. Even my egg and cheese sandwich on an English muffin was hefty in terms of its nutrition breakdown. This is partly why I don't stop at DD's much. The egg white sandwich mentioned below is no longer on the menu (must have been that seeded bun!) but the option of omelette bites ranks high in terms of low calaries and fat grams. Two options: Bacon and cheddar flavor with whole egg and veggie with tomato, spinach and a 4 cheese blend flavor with egg whites. Two come with the order. I have to give them a try. As mentioned earlier, I still don't get the location change across the street. # Dunkin' Donuts moved their long standing location across the street on the Rte 44/219 intersection within the last couple of years as an upgrade. Yes, it's new and this space must have seemed advantageous to the company. I personally don't see the difference, but it still does good business as there is usually a line. Exiting the drive thru, consumers still need to navigate a way out if going one direction or the other, as with the old location. The new car lanes are tight. As for the food, DD's for me still makes the best breakfast sandwich. The croissant sandwiches, whether ham, sausage, bacon or only cheese are so gratifying with every bite. The egg white menu option is good but I substitute an English muffin over the multiple seeded bun. Their macchiatos are incredible, too. Great buy right now for three pounds of coffee at $19.99. Pounds! Not the standard 12 oz. bags. # Quick service. Good breakfast sandwiches and coffee."
