"Never again will I step into this Friendly's. My food was cold, fries were old and crusty and hard. I asked to speak to the manager. She did not help out or cared. This visit was on September 16 , 2023. When serving fries and burgers it should be hot and fresh. The food was cold just like the manger. If this was the case I should of went to Wendy’s down the block."
"My son and I went for ice cream. I told our waitress my son doesn't like chocolate and to please use vanilla ice cream in his monster shake. She said ok. When she brought our ice cream my son's shake was made w chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla. It had chocolate sauce all over it. It took me almost 10 minutes to find someone to inform them of the error. My sundae was really good! They ended up making my son a new shake."
