"The food was good as per usual, but they forgot my fries and pickle. Kinda been thinking about it all day and I paid extra to receive them. However the food is good and the garlic notes are perfectly cooked."
"We ordered through slice. Pizza came cold, we were told by the driver he waited outside 20 minutes (we have cameras, he did not) and then he left. he only tried to contact me when I contacted customer service. Slice stated that the restaurant had tried to contact us numerous times, I offered to provide call information as well as the temperature of the food as we received it showing neither the driver OR the restaurant attempted to make contact, but according to them, the restaurant said because we did not respond to them, they were not willing to provide a resolution. Absolutely ridiculous. This is not the first issue we have had with food quality from Vivaldi, and just solidifies why we will not order from them again."

"Have ordered from this place for years. Love their food. I should say, loved. Just ordered $60 worth of food; pizza, apps, wings, etc. Got to pull out a nice hair from between my teeth, and while in denial, I noticed another long hair in my pizza. Called them; bc I ordered through DoorDash, they wouldn’t do anything. Not even an apology or any concern about this. Stay away from here. Post-Covid customer service and quality of product continues to suffer from laziness and lack of drive to work and work well."
"Ordered multiple times, every time it’s really late over an hour and cold. I normally have to have oven ready to heat up. Why don’t they have the pizza insulated sleeves like dominoes? Granted the pizza I like is tasty. The garlic knots are also good too and I love the doheyness but only get few that aren’t burnt. Sometimes it’s perfect. It’s hit or mis but overall the best nots I’ve had. That’s little disappointing. This place can be a really good spot if who ever is managing and the owner can step it up."
