"Us active duty folks are busy 99% of the time, the least we ask is a place to get a haircut and maintain the standards we need to. When the shop closes 2+ hours early and we've already shifted our hectic schedule to go around a certain time it's extremely inconvenient and inconsiderate of the employees here. Don't post hours if you're not going to stick to them."

"I went in with my husband, wasn't even getting a hair cut, just running errands, a nice gentleman thought I was waiting and before I could say anything, the older lady at the front desk was like no, we don't cut females hair here and smiled. Very unprofessional."

"Rules for Navy Exchange Barber Shop. #1 Get there early. No, not early as in at least an hour before the closing hours. Early as in if you want a haircut get there before noon if they close at five, because they’re closing early and they want to tell their bosses they weren’t busy. #2 Don’t bother with an appointment. You won’t be scheduled for one after lunch anyway (they might be slow and might not be there anyway because the lady at the front desk wants to leave early) and you are just going to wait in line anyway in the morning. #3 No walk-ins, you should have made an appointment because they were closing early. Somehow this does not conflict with rule 2. #4 There is a wait. So you might as well come back later, but no not an appointment because we might be closed because jts slow but we’re open in two days so you can come back later in the week. Hopefully when the lady at the front desk isn’t there so maybe they will stay open until at least two hours before their posted closing time."

"Front Desk Denied me of haircut multiple times refusing walk ins even before an hour before closing. They also don't want clients wearing PTU but you can wear NWU. I was trying to talk nice and understand that I'm wearing "improper" attire but the front desk was treating me like a child or a student at RTC"

"Terrible service, the lady at the front has turned me down 3 times now. I went in at 1500. They close at 1600, and they still turn me down. I went last Tuesday and they closed 2 hours early. They are very rude and made me and my freind wait over a hour for them to deny us"
