"As we walked in we were warmly greeted by friendly faces. We chit-chatted about the weather, and then we seguewayed into our order as smooth as a Swiss watch. The place was clean. The food was great as expected. Enjoyable visit. Highly recommend this location."

"I mistakenly put our order into the Brookfield location without even realizing it until I arrived to pick up the order and it wasn’t there. The owner overheard this and immediately told me not to worry about it, and he will make me the order right away. He was super friendly and understanding. It was such a nice act of kindness and very much appreciated, especially when the mistake was my fault. Highly recommend! Kind business owners are gems!"

"I'm deeply disappointed in my first time experience at the Oxford location. I ordered the Big Kahuna which is pictured in this review. Definitely 5 stars for flavor. However, less than 2 stars overall because I can't make sense of paying over 18$ for a 12/13 inch sub that does not befit its name. Going from a 14.99$ 12 inch Nordeli's sub that I can make into up to 3 separate eats, to this one predominantly consisting of bread and minimal fillings, it's a no brainer that there is no value add to being a returning customer. It's sad because as a Quarry Walk resident, it was exciting that there would be an option such as Jersey Mike's but I'm deeply disappointed. My partner over heard another customer who was with child question why the subs were so expensive. I think if they are going to survive, it's got to make sense. Also, the staff was witnessed messing with their hair while wearing gloves and the subs weren't labeled. My partner has an allergy to jalapeños and they got a regular Phylly. It was hard for us to tell the difference. I hope they listen to the valuable data their customers are providing. As a fellow business owner, I know the value of taking an ear to my customer's feedback."
