The owners, employees are so nice and greet every customer with a smile and are very friendly. Had great service and food. Actually went back following week, and will definitely be going again. "Awesome hidden gem in the valley. Food is great, fresh and prepared to order. The price is amazing. A hot dog with the works, grilled cheese, fries and a one liter Foxon park Orange soda cost me $12.00. You can’t beat that price and this stuff is fresh!! Highly recommended"

"Valley Burger Shack was one of those places that you drive past all the time and wonder if it’s good, but you seem to never have a good opportunity to stop. Well, we finally had a chance to go and we’re so happy that we checked it out! The burger was fresh, and the popcorn chicken and mozzarella sticks were great as well. Their menu has a great variety of all your favorite comfort foods. We thought their prices were very reasonable too. The owner was working behind the counter, and he was so friendly and made an effort to provide us with quick service. They get bonus points from me because they serve Hummel hot dogs, which are my personal favorite!"
