Wendy's

"First time at this Wendy's franchise. I was shocked by what a saw. A manager repremanding a young employee in public, where the girl is crying for half an hour and the manager smiling in her face and telling her you'll be alright. At what point does someone not know when to stop doing this to an employee. I hope the owner of the franchise makes the necessary changes to his staff cause people like this have no business in leadership roles and knows how his employees are being treated. I've never seen anything like this in my life and I hope not to see this again in this store. I believe the he was the district manager and his name was Sergio."

"Terrible wendys! I went to the drive through with my fiancé around 5:30pm and we ordered one baconator and a double baconator. When we go home we were so disappointed we got 1 small piece of bacon on our sandwiches!! I only got one pattie on mine, a baconator is supposed to have 2. also got pickles, lettuce and tomatoes on it that I DIDN'T ask for. Seriously!? Hire employees who know how to make your sandwiches!"

"Employees are always super friendly and overly kind. They’re always working fast while providing quality food. Been coming here for a while now on my lunch breaks or sometimes for dinner and will continue too as every hour of the day they’re proving great food and service. Good to their management and employees."

"Went through on 7/10 around 4:30. Ordered a 10 piece spicy nugget. Got home and they were hard. Like they had been sitting out all day. On further inspection they hid 5 regular nuggets under the 5 spicy nuggets? Fast food is not cheap anymore so you would hope you would get fresh food and the correct food. Seemed lazy. Haha, I just want spicy nuggets man. And not hard as rock! Hoping I don’t get sick from eating nuggets that were over an hour old."
