"Whenever my boyfriend calls they never pick up or they answer very rudely. For example “what do you want” before my bf can even say anything. Then a couple times they’ve lied and said they’re closing at 12 and he “should’ve been earlier” even though they’re open till 6. They’re good job with his hair, when his call goes through. But we’d really like it if they worked on how they talk to people or they’re going to lose other business too. Thank you."
