"I called and I Was told to come at 11:30 for a beard trim. He’d get me out in 20-25 to make it back in time for work. Showed up and he’s not even close to finishing up other fella and had me sit till 11:45. Then frantically tried to have his homie do my beard. So I just left without saying a word. Dude is a professional yapper. Therapist diploma maybe?professionalism isn’t his gig it seems. And his reply under me intales that it was my fault and I was having a bad day . Has nothing to do with being emotional. It has all to do with honor and professionalism. Which you lack it it seems. Did I not call you hours before hand to make an APPOINTMENT right? Did you not give me a specific time to show up for that exact APPOINTMENT? Fool. And I ain’t your brother."

"My son and I went to the shop today as a walk-in for the first time, and Pito was very welcoming upon entering. He notified us it would be a few minutes if we didn’t mind waiting, which was very courteous. He did such a great job with my 6 yr old son’s hair (he has A LOT of it) and was very patient. My son typically doesn’t like getting his hair cut and really enjoyed the experience. The barbershop was very clean and I saw other single moms there which made me feel comfortable. Sometimes going to barbershops can be intimidating but this was a very nice experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!"
