"The pharmacy is really fast and great at getting drugs that are hard to get. No lines quick in and out."

"“Jeff George” pharmacy manager had me run around to different locations for a prescription telling me they were open and would have my prescription ready. this was not the case as he didnt even call or transfer my prescription like stated. after an hour and a half of running around i stopped back in the cvs, its across the street from my house, to see if this is a common problem so i could switch pharmacies in the future. his response was not only unhelpful but unkind and rude, he told me use another pharmacy if I’m not happy, laughs and says i hope you have a great day. People come to a pharmacy cuz there having some sort of ailment or inconvenience in there life. this lack of compassion and help is not only shocking but disgusting behavior to display in a health field."

"I usually never take the time to leave reviews like this, but this location really irked me. I’ve been sick for 4 days, went to the doc after day 2. I dropped my scripts off 10 am yesterday and asked for an ETA/text message. I never received an update. I call the automated machine and it said they’ll be ready by 9 am today. I call at 8:30 this morning, and they just told me my insurance was terminated. I understand the insurance is my responsibility, but my father is the card carrier and I wasn’t aware I received a new card. I got my new info, tried calling them back 3 times to provide it to them, and I was left on hold for 5 minutes each time. I finally went down there in person to provide it for them. Need I remind you, I’M STILL VERY SICK WITH THE FLU. They don’t seem to care about their customers at all, even when I was standing there pale faced, stuffy, and severely light headed. Not going to this location again."

"Waited 15 min at the drive through, rang the bell 6 times while the pharmacist looked directly at me and gave me the “wait a minute” finger. Waited another five minutes until a very nice woman came to the window and apologized. She rushed my order for me. I understand if you are short handed, but have to courtesy to let the customer know before they are sitting there for 15 min!"

"Walked in asked for phone accessories were at man at counter stated lane 6 went over saw what I needed asked if he could open it up gentlemen stated couldn't leave the front of store another person from the back and they helped other people then after helping other people they stood at the front chatting for 5 minutes and then both walked right by me and stop and chatted some more and then the man started stocking the shelves and neglected to help I then proceeded to put stuff on the shelf and walked out. I've been doing customer service for the last 20 years and the people there were just plain rude and didnt care I will never go back into that store or any other CVS after that. If I could've gave 0 stars I would have"
