"I went to see Omar at The Grooming Lounge. The Shop is clean and very friendly, with a welcoming atmosphere. I had my beard trimmed for the first time in 5 years and Omar was excellent. He took the time to listen to my ideas and his attention to detail was spot on. I am very happy with how he trimmed and styled my beard and can't say enough what an amazing job he did. If you are looking for a true artist in this field, book with Omar as I definitely will be again."

"They do a great job here but I stopped coming in because of this one experience. The owner, Luis, is just burnt out and doesn’t care anymore. Now I get it, I was late by 15 minutes and didn’t text ahead of time to let him know. But this is where it gets frustrating on my part, when I show up I apologize and see if he would have availability later in the day. Meanwhile, Luis has a pool stick in his hands and is looking at me as if I’m disrupting his game. He tells me that he can’t cut my hair and instead told me to ask the other barbers in the shop. Fortunately, someone was able to cut my hair as I watched Luis continue to play his game of pool the entire time I got my haircut. Yes, I was late and I completely agree I’m in the wrong there but to then push me off to another barber so you can finish your game of pool that took the same amount of time for you to cut my hair. That was the disrespectful part for me, it showed me Luis’s true colors. Disrespectful, lazy, and arrogant."
