"Avoid this place at ALL costs. I went here because they were open until 9 pm on a Saturday. I walked in at 5:50 pm, and was immediately asked if I had an appointment, to which I answered no, walk-in. The barber at the 1st station said ok, I’ll be with you soon. I waited until 8:38pm before I walked out, that’s 2 hours and 48 minutes. Never once did anyone tell me there were going to be 3 people ahead of me, never once did anyone tell me it would be a long wait, never once did anyone feel the need to even speak to me within the almost 3 hours I was sitting there. I did however watch as 2 other barbers cut each others hair and sit around for over 2 hours doing nothing. I listened to the barber talk about smoking weed and getting his med card so he can be high at work. When I was walking out, I said I’m good it’s been 3 hours, and was quickly told “that’s what appointments are for” even though it says walk ins welcome on the door. I will never step foot in this mess again."
