"Great venue for concerts and a good beer selection!"
"Such a great venue. Crossing my fingers they can find new owners."
"They have 2 theaters and 2 eateries here so it makes a really great date night. I really liked both events I have gone to. The only reason for 4 stars is that it's not in the best area of Holyoke."
"This was a good place to see a show. We went for KingsX. Easy bar access and a decent sized stage. It looks like it has a cool outdoor area as well, but didn't check it out as it was raining. Easy bar access."
"Was there for the Iron Maiden’s show. Sound was great. Parking was ok. Bar was slow because it seemed a little understaffed so it was really hard to get a beer. What really put me off about my experience is at the end of the show I walked up to the bar because people were still hanging out; and asked if they were closing up. They said no and served me another beer as I waited for a band member to finish her smoke; I patiently waited to ask for a photo. She was being swamped by people so again, patiently waited. Not 10 minutes after I was served a beer the owner or whoever was in charge that night came up to me, asked how I liked the show, then told me to get out because he was going to be doing things I am not gonna type out with the door girl. I thought that was very unprofessional and did not leave me with feeling like an appreciated patron that night. Next night at the Iron Maiden’s show (different venue) other people at the this nights show told me they were there an hour after me. I get that they want to clear out after a show, but I got the real $#*+ end of the stick on that one. So I may attend another show or two here because they get big acts; but I won’t be promoting the venue itself in my posts or when talking with people."
