"I had driven past the shop and noticed their online presence for a while but always put off stopping by. I'm glad I finally did. The owner had high energy and put out good vibes as soon as I stepped in. He was forthright with how their walk-in policy operates. I can understand why people might get frustrated with the fact that they don't do appointments, but that's just how they prefer to do business, and they seem to move efficiently. They called me back when they were ready for me in what I felt was a timely manner, so I have no complaints. I was satisfied with my haircut as well. Carmelo did what I asked and took pride in his work. I'll go back."
