"Called before my 12 year old son’s appointment to give barber instructions. He stated that he was have way done with hair cut and acted like I was out of pocket for telling him how to cut my 12 year olds hair. Terrible attitude from j. Cotton. If you’re gonna use an app that keeps your appointments for you then keep to the times I paided for. Side note his cut looked basic. Gona are the days when you could walk in and get a tight cut. These guys are just trying to move’em in and move’em out . Won’t be vback here. I’d rather drive to Springfield or Albany and get a barber who has honed his craft of barbering and customer service. "I booked an appointment for 0900 on a Friday morning for a military-type "high & tight" and at 0900 I was sitting in the barber's chair. A guy named Jake was the barber that cut it. Perfect! I was out of Jake's chair at 0918. My haircut? As ordered. Good Job, Jake!"
