"DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS! Our “stylist” was Sharon. She cut up the back of my son’s neck and ears. After I pointed out that she cut him she replied with “I didn’t knick nothing” not even an apology to the 7 year old crying in her chair. Absolutely terrible. He looks like he was attacked by a cat."

"I bring my son to all his hair cuts here since he was a baby .. but today I really do no like the hairstylist comments about my son hair like “ you haven’t brush it huh” or “ when do you have your last hair cut you really need it” or “ if you gonna leave it long you have to brush it more often” also I was sitting in the chair which has a board in the back and she is like “ don’t break the board” .. first I’m a grow up who take care of things and I’m aware of my surroundings so I don’t need those comments… I mean we are here for the service not for those kind of comments or for someone to make us feel uncomfortable… other than that.. I like it .. I have to said she did a great job with my son hair but just attitude no so good !"

"Not a fan, very rushed. My son is only 4 and she rushed so fast through his haircut he was scared the entire time. Also made multiple comments on his bangs…HATE that place now and will never go back"

"First and last time trying Sports Clips… checked in online, when arrived they acknowledged my arrival yet didn’t put me in store so my name eventually dropped. They took a walk-in ahead of me, and I advised of my name dropping. She put me back in and asked if I was next… yes was the right answer. Not to them as another customer was arguing with me that he was there 10 min before me, and he was a walk-in. They said they rotate walk-in and online, so I reminded them they took a walk-in before me already. The lady stated he would be next and passed me up. Instead of making a scene, I chose to leave and take my business elsewhere. They don’t deserve my money. Would hate to think it’s because I was the only non Caucasian in the place, but hard to imagine any other reason based on their own explanation of rotating. Maybe they’re just incompetent or clueless…or maybe it’s all of the above."
