"You ask to describe my experience. For 20 years I have been going to this Salon. Melissa, the owner, has been doing my hair from the first day she started, before being the owner of Roots. Ron has been doing my husband's hair and would not ever go to anyone else. Our review of this salon, and their staff is a big 5 Star Place. The services have expanded to facials and tanning. When you go to Roots you feel like you are in with family. I have seen people there for years and we all feel so welcome.
